Returns & Exchanges
There are no returns or exchanges on any custom crafted items. This includes all extensions, modular cables, and component plates. I work extremely hard to avoid mistakes but if there is ANY issue with your order that is a result of me making a mistake you will be taken care of right away.
Shipping

For all claims and inquiry’s, I must follow the rules and guidelines for the shipment method and carrier you selected.
US
For US customers I offer free US shipping on all order of $75 or more.
International
For International customers I offer worldwide shipping via USPS, UPS, and DHL Worldwide Express (to select locations and by request)
I am not responsible for any customs fees you incur or delays in customs.
I cannot mark packages as gifts. Each cable will be listed at $1.00 on customs forms.
Crafting Periods
Number of days does not include the day of order but does include weekends. If order is placed on the 1st and you choose a 8 full day crafting period your order will ship on the 10th.
