Shipping
Crafting Period
The crafting period is the time required to make your order before it ships. It does not include the day the order is placed, but weekends are included.
For example, an order placed on the 1st with an 8 Full Day crafting period would be scheduled to ship on the 10th. Transit time begins after the order has been completed and shipped.
Free U.S. Shipping
U.S. orders with a merchandise subtotal of $75 or more qualify for free shipping when code FREESHIP is entered at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Orders are shipped within the United States using the shipping methods shown at checkout. International shipping is available to select locations through USPS, UPS, or DHL. Contact me if your location is not available during checkout.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges. Customs processing may delay delivery. Each cable will be listed separately on the customs form using an accurate description and declared value of $5.00. Packages cannot be marked as gifts.
Damaged or Incomplete Packages
Please report shipping damage or missing package contents within seven calendar days of delivery. Keep the product, shipping box, and all packaging materials. Photos of the product and packaging may be required to complete a carrier claim.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. If tracking has stopped updating or a package appears to be lost, please contact me. Carrier claim requirements and waiting periods vary by shipping service.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Orders with a 1 Full Day crafting period cannot be cancelled or modified more than two hours after purchase.
For all other orders, changes or cancellations are only possible before crafting begins. Because work may begin at different times, contact me as soon as possible. A change or cancellation is not approved until I confirm it.
Returns
Custom-Crafted Products
Because custom cables and other made-to-order products are crafted to your selected specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes extension cables, modular cables, cable kits, adapters, and shorty cables.
If I made an error with your order, please contact me within 14 calendar days of delivery. I will work with you to correct the issue.
DIY Supplies
Unused DIY supplies may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery. Please contact me before sending a return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Returned items must be unused and in resalable condition. Refunds are issued after the returned items have been received and inspected.
If you received the wrong DIY item or it arrived damaged, contact me so I can correct the issue.
