White-to-Black Gradient Corsair Cables With Gold
A six-color gradient for a Corsair RM850x (2024), made up of one 24-pin motherboard cable and three 8-pin PCI-e cables.
Six colors can become hard to follow if they are placed without a plan. Order 12944 keeps the pattern simple: White moves into Silver, then Light Gray, Charcoal Gray, and Black. Gold appears in narrower sections across the gradient rather than filling a large part of the cable layout.
Black connectors keep the ends consistent. Black with Gold Stripe Wire Wraps repeat the Gold detail on every cable without changing the sleeving pattern.
Cables Included
- One 24-pin motherboard cable
- Three 8-pin PCI-e cables (Wrapped Together)
How the Gradient Is Built
A gradient does not need to use only two colors. The extra gray shades in this design make the change from White to Black gradual instead of abrupt. Silver, Light Gray, and Charcoal Gray each have a clear place between the two ends. Gold was placed separately so it reads as an accent, not another step in the gradient.
169 Wire Wrap Options
With 169 Wire Wrap options in the Cable Designer, Wire Wraps can add to the design, not just keep the individual wires in place. Solid and striped options can repeat a sleeving color in a smaller finishing detail. For this order, the Gold stripe repeats the Gold sleeving while the Black base matches the connectors and darker side of the gradient.
Direct Modular Cables for the RM850x
These are direct modular replacement cables for a Corsair RM850x (2024). They plug into the power supply in place of its stock cables. Modular cables are not interchangeable between power supply models, even if the connectors look similar, so always select the exact manufacturer and model in the Ensourced Cable Designer.
