3D Printed Wire Wraps add a clean, organized finishing detail to custom sleeved PC cables. Choose a solid color or add a contrasting stripe, then select the Wire Wrap type and wire gauge that fit your cable.

Each Wire Wrap has an open-center design for easier installation and a secure, finished appearance around your sleeved wires. They are available in sizes for common custom PC cable wire counts.

Important: Wire Wraps must be installed on the wires before the cable is assembled and the terminals are inserted into the connectors. They cannot be added to a fully assembled cable afterward.

Build Your Wire Wrap

• Main Wire Wrap Color: Choose the primary color.
• Stripe Color: Select None for a single-color Wire Wrap, or choose a second color for a striped look. The stripe is one-third of the Wire Wrap’s width and is sandwiched between two layers of the main color.
• Wire Wrap Type: Select the number of sleeved wires the Wire Wrap needs to hold.
• Wire Gauge: Choose the size that matches your sleeved wire.

Choose the Correct Wire Gauge

• 16 AWG: Best for sleeved wire around 3.7 mm in diameter.
• 18 AWG: Best for sleeved wire around 3.0 mm in diameter.
