Bamboo-Themed Gray & White Extension Cables
Gray and White PC extension cables use White Wire Wraps across a 24-pin and two CPU/EPS cables.
At first glance, Order 12920 looks like a simple gray and white cable set. The design worksheet tells a different story. Several solid and patterned sleeves work together to create a palette that feels like bamboo, weathered wood, stone, and sand.
A Bamboo-Themed Cable Design
The darker side of the design uses Charcoal Gray, Light Gray, Silver, and Charcoal Gray with Black Diamonds. White, Polar, Desert, and Starry Night add lighter shades and patterned details.
The set uses more individual colors than the finished photo first suggests. They still stay within the same natural theme. Desert brings in a warmer tone, while the gray and silver sleeves provide most of the stone-like color.
White Wire Wraps run across all three cables. They match the lighter sleeving and keep the different patterns connected visually.

Sleeving and Design Details
The 24-pin motherboard cable combines Charcoal Gray, Charcoal Gray with Black Diamonds, Light Gray, Silver, White, and Desert.
The first 8-pin CPU/EPS cable uses Charcoal Gray with Black Diamonds, Charcoal Gray, Light Gray, and Silver. The second CPU/EPS cable uses Silver, Polar, White, and Starry Night.
Changing the sleeving pattern between the two CPU/EPS cables adds some variety while keeping both cables tied to the same overall theme.
Materials and Construction
I craft each extension cable by hand using paracord sleeving and individually arranged wires. The Wire Wraps are installed after the sleeving pattern is set.
Extension cables connect to the power supply cables already included with the customer’s PSU. They change the visible portion of the cable run without replacing the original PSU cables.
